Shipping Policy

At Techy Moxy™ Philippines, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

 

1. Processing Times:

  • Your orders are verified and processed within a 24 to 48-hour period.​

  • Kindly expect your orders within the following days:
    Metro Manila: Typically, within 7 - 14 working days
    Outside Metro Manila: Typically, within 7 - 19 working days

    Should there be a running major campaign, your orders may take additional working days to process due to volume of orders being processed by our team.

    Holidays and Sundays are not included in the computation of working days.​

 

2. Courier

  • We use FedEx to ship your package, nationwide.

4. Signature Requirement:

  • We may require authorization letter with valid ID, if the actual recipient is not available on the delivery date of the package

5. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@techymoxy.com with your order number.

  • Techy Moxy™ Philippines will request FedEx to conduct an investigation into the lost package. This process is handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • To reduce the risk of theft, please retrieve your packages promptly upon delivery. If theft or loss occurs, you may need to cooperate with local law enforcement.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided only after the conclusion of the FedEx investigation, which may take some time.

6. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Techy Moxy™ Philippines is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

Note: Most items are shipped from Knoxville, TN.

9. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping is free for most certified renewed laptops and desktops, as well as for new products. A minimum order amount may apply for smaller orders such as accessories.
