Returns Policy

Effective Date: October 19, 2024

 

At Techy Moxy™ Philippines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:

1. Return Window:

  • Timeframe: Products may be returned within 2 days from the delivery date, for a refund. Due to the unique characteristics of each certified renewed products, we may only offer a refund with a valid reason. We may process an exchange for new products and accessories.

 

VALID REASONS FOR RETURN:

  1. If item is damaged / defective / faulty after removing it from the packaging and is within the warranty (Unboxing video is required)

  2. Delivered item does not match order / sales invoice (Unboxing video is required)

  3. Change of mind – we reserve the right to charge restocking fee or 20% restocking fee may apply, and the customer will pay for any cost associated with a return shipping, customs and handling back to the US

 

INVALID REASONS FOR RETURN:

  1. Beyond warranty coverage

  2. Product’s natural wear and tear

  3. Cosmetic damage including scratches & dents caused by the end user

  4. Modified and repaired by unauthorized service provider

  5. Incomplete packaging and accessories upon return

  6. Unable to present proof of purchase

  7. Negligence / Misuse

 

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. You will need to return the original item to our Knoxville, TN address. We will provide you with a box and prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund.

3. Inspection and Refund Adjustments:

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected within one business day of receipt.

  • Adjustments: If components or accessories are missing or if the product has been modified, we may adjust the refund amount to account for the missing or modified parts.

  • Software Licenses: If your purchase included software with licenses (e.g., Microsoft Office), we will terminate the license and refund the amount paid for it.

6. Return Process:

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team at support@techymoxy.com. We will provide you with instructions, a box, and a prepaid shipping label for returning the item.
